Kudos to Joyce and her staff last evening. Just when you might think the Summer crowd would be gone, Shebang was slammed . We arrived about 7:30 to a packed house, Joyce greeted us at the front door and told the two groups waiting, that she was short staffed but they would take care of us .
For the next hour and a half we watched Joyce, take drink orders, deliver water, take orders and clean tables all in the spirit of attending her customers and her staff.
Her brand of customer service is a vanishing commodity .
Did I mention she is the owner? Think of Shebang on Monkey Island , you will be glad you did. -

I have only had takeout, hoping to get in and try the place soon.
We ordered thin crust pizzas to go and it was two hours before it was ready. No problem if we would have been told this up front, but the 45 minute quote sucked us in!
Thankful they did get our order right and do have thin crust.

One of my very favorite places! Delicious food and drink! So much fun! We always come here when we are up at Grand Lake! My family wishes we had this restaurant in our home town!

We have been here several times with decent food and service. This time the food was awful, service was even worse. The only thing we enjoyed was the appetizers crab dip and spinach artichoke. We asked for water many times. Tonya was the waitress and she said several times something about " the hamster is missing on the wheel"? Speaking of herself . We were never asked if we needed more to drink, they were out of several things we tried to ordered. When we were finished we waited for quite a while when we finally went to find someone to get Tonya so we could pay and leave and we heard them say "where's Tonya"!!!! Omg who is running this place ??

Came in late. Had high hopes. Not many finer dining options down at GLOTC. Was meh. Wish we would have gone further down the road into the resort. Steak was dry. Calamari chewy.
